Restrictive Covenants as Recorded in Book 1182 Page 0981 and Book 1168 Page 0701 in Alamance County, North Carolina.

KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS that James D. Lamm and Ike Holt, III, partners in J.D.L. & Associates, a NC general partnership, agree to and with all persons, firms, and corporations now owning or hereafter acquiring lots in Forest Grove Subdivision, Newlin Township, Alamance County, North Carolina, plat of which is recorded in the office of the Register of Deeds for Alamance County, North Carolina, in Plat book 59 at Page 144 & 145, that said property is hereby subjected to the following restrictions as to the use thereof, and that said restrictions are to run with the said property and every part thereof by whomsoever owned, to-wit:
