All lots shall be satisfactorily landscaped, including grass, bushes, shrubs and sufficient ground cover and well maintained. All disturbed ground shall be cultivated, fertilized, seeded and strawed with a resulting ground cover of grass or appropriate landscaping material. A junk or inoperable or unusable material and matter shall not accumulate or remain on a lot whether under or around the house. Any and all debris including stumps, limbs, trees as well as rocks whether resulting from the clearing of a lot or from any other reason shall be removed from the lot and subdivision and cannot be piled, stored, dumped or any other portion of land subject to these restrictive covenants. |
