Enforcement of these restrictive covenants shall be by proceedings at law or in equity against any person or persons violating or attempting to violate said covenants, either to restrain violation, or to recover damages, or both. If a party is in breach of these restrictive covenants and such a breach is not cured within thirty days of written notice to the property owner and a court action is commenced, the party found in breach of the restriction shall be responsible for damages as well as reasonable attorney fees incurred by a party or interest who is successful in an action to enforce these covenants. |
