All owners of lots shall by virtue of ownership become members of the Forest Grove Homeowners Association. Ownership of one lot entitles its owners to one vote. The first meeting of the Homeowners Association must occur within six months of the date of recording the document. The Association may be organized in any method the members deem acceptable. A meeting shall be held at least annually thereafter but may be called by any lot owner or owners upon thirty days written notice mailed to each owner. The Homeowners Association shall be responsible for enforcing these covenants, but this does not preclude an individual owner from enforcing these covenants in law or equity against a person in violation of these covenants. |
