These covenants are to run with the land and shall be binding on all persons claiming under them for a period of twenty-five (25) years. The restrictions shall be extended for successive ten-year periods unless all owners of lots in the subdivision execute and record a waiver of the restriction at least one year prior to the end of the initial twenty -five year term or one year prior to the end of any ten-year extension thereof. |
